Respect the people behind the mic
Disagree with ideas without threats, harassment, hate speech or targeted abuse. Do not impersonate another person or organization. Let other callers speak and follow the host’s directions.
Protect personal information
Do not post another person’s phone number, home address, private messages or other identifying information without permission. Use an on-air name and keep sensitive personal details out of calls and public submissions.
Send content you can share
Only submit material you created or have permission to use. Avoid spam, deceptive promotions, scams and unlawful content. A song request is a suggestion, not permission for the station to broadcast a recording.
Understand moderation
Written posts are reviewed before public display. A host may decline, hide or remove a contribution. Callers wait for approval and can be removed from the room. Approval does not guarantee airplay; City Cred does not buy priority or host access.
Report a concern
Use Contact & reports for a private report. Include the page, post, approximate broadcast time or other details needed to locate the issue. This inbox is not monitored continuously. For an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services.
